Varalt Harweel II is a former King of Sakarpus. He was the father of Varalt Sorweel, the current King of Sakarpus and hostage of the Aspect-Emperor.

The Judging Eye[]
Harweel rejects the Aspect-Emperor's demand to yield Sakarpus and its famed Chorae Hoard. Later, he is killed during the Great Ordeal's assault on the city.[1]
